Worse possible experience possible dealing with the management of this so called establishment. I would warn anyone interested in booking with this place. Even though it's cheaper, these people are not ethical and would not be trusted to assist in any concern you may have. Plenty of other cheaper places in the area you can use

After getting to our room we saw that we did not get queen size bed like we had requested they were full size beds we went down to the front desk asked for a queen size bed 2 times! We never got queen size apparently they don't have any... First room smelled of smoke actually the whole place smelled bad!! Needs lots of updates. Showered with coldish water shower is still the old metal shower. Would never stay again!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Found a bed bug crawling up the side of the bed, I killed it and went back to sleep (very stupid of me). Woke up with bed bug bites all over my right arm. Key card wouldn’t work, suspicious characters hang around the front and back. Entrance reeked of cigarettes, there was strange smell as soon as you walked in, hallways smelt of bleach, sheets and pillows smelt unwashed, dirty towels in the bathroom, toilet paper was not provided with my room. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!Noteworthy details: 2 star for service because the receptionist was nice

This place is disgusting. Pictures are deceiving. Save your money and book a Motel 6 and you 'll probably have a better quality room. 1) Customer service is terrible. I 'm not the customer is always right kind of person, but they were not willing to work with me at all on any not so outlandish requests. Did not allow a 2 hour early check in (irritating, but understandable) Claimed they did not have access to the booking information when I asked to change the name on the reservation due to not allowing an early check in. How do you know a room is booked or who to allow to check in if you don 't have access to that information? Explained I would be at a concert at OSU Stadium and could not make it there anytime between 1 PM and midnight, so I asked about a late check in. They said, you will 'probably ' be fine . I explained that I anticipate there being a lot of traffic that could put me there pretty late. Could not guarantee me anything. Too late to cancel for a refund, and would possibly be charged a no show fee if we did not get checked in on time. Luckily we did, but it was stressing me out all night in an already stressful traffic situation. 2) Gave us a bunch of grief for requesting two car passes to park in their lot, as my husband and I drove there from two separate places and needed two passes. 3) Area is sketchy. The security cop (who looked on duty) was outside drinking a beer with one of the residents (perhaps he just got done with a shift, but still is not a good look to be drinking while in full uniform). 4) Hallways are riddled with weird smells and stains all over the carpets, even though they have a newly renovated sign hanging up in the lobby. Don 't believe it for a second. 5) In the room: Old, moldy food in the fridge No batteries in the TV remote Stained box spring under mattress Broken drawers/handles Leaky bathroom faucet No hand towels, only full size and a bathmat Alarm clock didn 't work Sunglasses were left sitting on the nightstand, making it look like the room had not been cleaned prior to the last person/people who stayed in there. Consider all of that, and think of how outlandish it is to require a $100 deposit for any damages made to the room........ I 'm not a hotel snob, but this place grossed me out. Will definitely be keeping an eye out on the deposit charge being reimbursed.

I just want to first start off by saying I am a real person giving a real honest review. I am a truck driver and had to put my truck in the shop and this was the most affordable hotel near the truck shop that my boss was willing to pay for. I did an online reservation and when I got there they told me I did not have to wait until check in time they got me a room right away. Upon walking in staff were cleaning so hallways smelled good to me. I had to pay a $100 deposit out of my own money which was fine because I knew I was getting it back. So far everything is cool. Room was okay. However the pillows were small and the cover on my bed was a curtain. Air worked and tv worked. Bathroom was okay. I was put in a connected room and could hear the person snoring when sleep. I left the room the next day because I had to extend my room for another day because my truck wasn’t going to be ready until 4:30 that afternoon. I was charged another deposit but they only charged $50. After I paid for the room plus an additional deposit which is weird when I already paid a deposit I seen they had breakfast. I went in for breakfast. Nothing fancy. So I got some orange juice and a muffin. So I will give this hotel in my opinion a 4. I had no real issues to give it a low rate. However my issue is I never received my deposits back. It’s been a little over a month and spoke with my bank both deposits were canceled so I am just out of $150 bucks. Never again will I come to this hotel because of that very reason.
