Food is good, But todays price not tomorrows price or the next day or day after that.. plates went from $10 to $12 to $14 to nearly $20-$30 a plate… they not gonna tell you prices change until the food is bagged up and they’re charging you for it…and the point of me calling ahead is to pick the food up when ready… I’ll call 2hrs ahead get there the food still not ready, I’ll stand in line they’ll ask “ what you have again “ I’ll tell them now I gotta wait another 30min in the car?

I Door Dashed for the first time today from here. My food container was loaded, plenty food. Most places skimp on their portions when you Door Dash not Lady Nays Carribean Soul. My food came very quick also.Food: 5/5

I am not giving two stars due to the food quality but based solely on customer service alone. When calling this establishment they fail to answer the phone. I have had to physically go to the establishment and place an order inside. This can take anywhere up to 25-30 minutes, even if there are no other customers. I have been inside and witnessed the phone ringing yet no one purposefully picking up. The owner which is a man can be rude as well and always gives an attitude. For the food quality to be so good, you would think the customer service would match. Unfortunately I can no longer support this black owned business as they have made no improvement on their customer service.

We frequent this place a few times a month the oxtail is the best ive had here red snapper is fire the kids and husband always love the j and curry beef patties are amazing as wellFood: 5/5

Ordered pepper steak and j chicken with a side of macaroni cheese. The pepper steak was bland, but the j chicken was amazing! Would give this a higher rating but never received my macaroni. I paid 31 dollars for the entire meal and was disappointed that there wasn't any macaroni. Customer service wasn't that great, especially when I called after 12PM and no one picked up at all, when I drove there it was open. The guy wasn't rude, but he charged me for something I never received. Would love to eat more from here, but that made the experience not worth it.
