Horrible customer service this happens every time I called they messed up my order every single time , place is not clean horribly people there

Went in because I read great reviews. I ordered vegi lo mean, seseme chicken, and beef broccoli. Right off bat the beef in the beef and broccoli when u would chew it had an AWFUL fish taste. Very rancid flavor and was so chewy I couldn't even chew it up. I was able to get a refund for that dish. Which I appreciated. But I ate the lo mein which tasted good when I ate it but about 6 hours later I was dealthy sick. I didn't eat anything else several hour before this or after before becoming sick so it had to be the lo main or the 1 bite of fish flavored beef. The restaurant is shoved full one side with boxes and boxes of supplies. I really had good hopes because of the reviews. But I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'm not meaning to be rude or unkind but there was something wrong with that food. The sesame chicken was not cooked all the way but my husband cooked it fully at home before eating it so that probably saved him from getting sick. Again I do not recommend this place. Ick

Delicious. Absolutely delicious. The general tso's chicken, delicious. The sesame chicken, delicious. The beef and broccoli, delicious. The egg rolls were yummy as well. Very nice staff. The prices are affordable and you get a rather generous amount of food. I would so recommend. Twas my first time eating here (lunch menu) and I'll definitely be going again. Bon appétit Parking: It's in Eastland Square Mall. There's available parking all over the place.

My Chinese donuts were over cooked, and the food was not that good. I thought I would try it because they closed later than other Chinese restaurants. The Chinese restaurant on Hudson Street is wayyyyyyyyyy better. I will not be going back to Family Garden EVER.

I like everything they cook especially the egg rolls.
