Food great. Website a disaster. Last 2 times I tried to use it could not complete task. Buttons lost brightness and could not send order. Phone call message had nerve to say that instead of waiting for someone to answer, for faster service go online! 30 minutes with no results is not faster. Staff at restaurant confirmed many complaints about website. Took my order and gave me the online only discount.FIX YOUR AWFUL WEBSITE.
The Donatos website wouldnt pull up on my computer so I called the location that delivers to my area directly at the Mill Run location in , , but unbeknownst to me at the time, I was actually connected to a call center outside the country. It took ten minutes to even place my order for a large Classic Trio and a 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. I gave all my delivery information, which should have already been on file as Ive ordered from them before. I then gave all my credit card information at which point the person taking my order said it was declined. The representative then told me they couldnt complete my order. When asked for them to redo it they refused. I asked for their manager and they said there was no manager. Then they told me they could connect me to the actual store. That is when I realized I was not talking to a person at the location I was ordering from. They still refused to let me talk to their manager even after they admitted there was a manager on duty but they were busy. They put me on hold and did transfer me to the actual store location. I told that manager I would never order from them again because I didnt feel my information was safe with them. I gave out my credit card information to a third party company that said my card was declined when it was accepted without issue when I ordered from another pizza company right after that. I will be monitoring my credit card for fraudulent charges.
