My partner and I stopped in for our first time to grab a quick and fresh lunch, and loved it! The service was incredible and so friendly. Our food (smoked salmon club, and a BLT) were the perfect balance of fresh and filling. This restaurant also has many pre-made grab and go options that I cannot wait to try. Looking forward our next meal here!

Alchemy has a pretty good menu. However, something is not quite right about this restaurant, and it comes from the top. There are no service standards set. Food quality and service vary wildly depending on who is working. Typically one or more items is not cooked properly or just incorrect. They frequently overcook the toast which ruins it and makes it a hockey puck that's impossible to eat and ruins the taste. The service is good some days and awkward other days. Any time I have ever been in here with a higher up in the company, they are NEVER friendly. They are actually cold and rude. It's happened multiple times and given their reputation it makes sense, but wow this is one of the only restaurants I've seen where ownership acts in this manner. It's left a bad taste in my mouth and combined with the inconsistent food quality it's pretty offputting. They have made aesthetic improvements, but the food quality is declining and the ownership vibe just isn't it.

Great food, great service, doesn't break the bank, and you know what's in your food.

Decided to try this yesterday and totally regret it. The price for this smoothie was 8.50 and it tasted absolutely like nothing. I could barley taste the peanut butter smh I don't like being negative but it gotta keep it real It was trash.

Have been going here for years service, culture, and menu has been consistently great. Worth the price!
