Subway - Iola

My online order was completely wrong but the manager was willing to guve a full refund so long i provided proof of the mess up which i did!

They always do a wonderful job in catering to my allergies and taking the time to sanitize and wipe everything down for me. They do a great job in making my sandwich, and I have only had them make a mistake once and it was on my wife's sandwich. However, they corrected the problem. Thank you!

Today at 2:20 pm I was extremely pleased with the treatment, speed and taste of my family’s meal. The guy who was the only sandwich artist in the store was incredible. Fast. Funny. Entertaining his customers and also talking to others seated to assure they were happy. My kind of service! Plus, the sandwiches were perfect. !!!!!!!!

I have not been in Subway since they remodeled this location. It is nice, seems bigger when you enter the store. Love the new Menu line up! The staff was great! There were 2 gentlemen working the sandwich like the evening I was in. They were fun to watch, knowledgeable about seemed to enjoy their jobs. In the past this location was run by high school students who didn 't seem to be trained well and didn 't like their jobs the atmosphere inside was light and fun! Great job Iola Subway!!!
