Please do not visit this place. The menu says each person at the table has to order 10 bucks minimum and that is an indication how bad the place and food is. The food was really terrible, probably stale. Stay away!! Updated July 2nd. Responding to the owners reply. We are visiting from USA and have been touring UK for more than 2 weeks now. l didn't have time to write reviews everyday for all the places I have visited so far. When I found time, I decided to utilize it to write some reviews of places visited so far. People reading my reviews can verify my reviews over the years and I am not affiliated to any groups nor do it for money. The comments I have made are accurate and is just my opinion. I am just a tourist of Indian origin. I hope the owner can be open minded to handle criticisms and try to improve the business.
Great food. We ordered saag paneer, tandoori chicken, daal tadka , tava roti , paratha. Everything was very delicious. Quantity is quite good, 1 sabzi is enough for 2 people. Service is quite fast.
This is an excellent Indian restaurant in Inverness. The food was not only delicious but also of high quality, especially for the price. The waitstaff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the food arrived promptly. The interior atmosphere was quite pleasant as well. I would definitely recommend visiting if you're in the mood for Indian cuisine!
This restaurant will satisfy your craving for delicious hot Desi food and offers a cozy central location to enjoy your meal. It could benefit from a touch more salt and spicier pappadums. A little extra friendliness from the staff wouldn’t hurt either, but on the bright side, the meats are Halal! Lol.
I had one of the worst service experiences I've encountered in years of traveling. The food was mediocre, but the waiter was exceptionally rude. I ordered just for myself since my friend, who was with me, wasn't hungry. However, being Indian, he wanted to sample some authentic Indian cuisine while abroad. The waiter flatly refused to provide even a small portion or any cutlery for my friend, insisting that it was only for one person. This completely ruined the experience for me, and I likely won't return to this restaurant again.
