Inverness Coffee Roasting Company

I came across this cafe while on a weekend getaway and I am so grateful that I did! The staff were incredibly friendly and well-informed, they assisted me in selecting a bag of the Vigorosso blend. I just had my first cup, which was freshly ground and made in an aeropress. It might just be the most delicious coffee I have ever tasted. We make a point to visit Inverness at least once a year, and from now on, this cafe will be my first stop.

This cozy café has three seating areas inside and serves high-quality coffee. The coffee is rich and smooth, making it worth the 60-mile round trip to buy some to enjoy at home and have a cup while visiting. I always make a point to recommend this spot whenever we're in the area!

We are now offering the delicious North Coast Roast Coffee at our Bar Bistro, thanks to Kevin who helped us choose the perfect beans for our barista. Located at The Halladale Inn in Melvich on the NC500 route, I was never a big coffee fan before trying this coffee, but now I can't get enough of it. Thanks, Kevin!

Fantastic coffee the gorgeous smell in the car driving back to Lochinver was very hard on on the poor driver (who really should have filled a cup on departure) but worth the wait! Repeat order coming soon. Dave

Just had the best time here this afternoon. Jane and I were interested in buying a new coffee maker. Looked after really well, made us a lovely cup of Aeropress coffee but absolutely no pressure to buy. Needless to say we did! Super friendly, knowledgeable (obviously) and not judgemental or sniffy when we admitted we usually buy supermarket coffee.
