*IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE YOU VISIT* I experienced very poor customer service during my visit. The person at the counter lacked basic communication skills and didn’t handle the situation well. Additionally, there was a pricing discrepancy: the sign outside advertised £24.99, but once inside, the price was £31.80. Instead of acknowledging the error and honoring the window price, he insisted on charging me the higher amount. It was quite disappointing. As for the food, it was just average. To make matters worse, they only accept cash, which is rather outdated in our increasingly cashless society. This is quite inconvenient for customers.

I ordered onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and a vegetable burger. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were average, nothing remarkable. However, the vegetable burger was great—made with a simple wheat bun, a vegetable patty, shredded lettuce, mayonnaise, and some fresh onions. It was delicious! I've returned three times just for this burger. Thank you! They also offer a double vegetable burger. The shop stays open late, so if you don't have time to buy something at the market, you can always come here.

The only downside was that they only accepted cash, but it wasn't a big deal since there’s a cash machine across the road at the Co-op. I felt a bit pressured to leave a review while I waited, but I told the cashier I’d prefer to do so after tasting the food, so here it is. Overall, the food was good, and the experience was enjoyable—nothing to complain about. If you're in the mood for kebab, you can’t go wrong here. If you don’t hear from me again, it means I survived the night!

We've been regular customers for years. Usually very good. Had a couple of bad ones but never put us off as the good ones make up for it. What has put us off is the constant price increases. I understand cost of things has gone up but the meal deal that we've always had has gone up by 40% in 2 years. Unfortunately for this reason we won't be ordering anymore as too expensive for us now

Ordered on the akz website and got a discount. Food was so nice, burgers were a Amazing I was told. I had a kebab, meat was thin and tasted great. Delivery was fastttttttt. I messaged to ask if I could get some onions and the messaged straight back to say that was no problem. Excellent service guys. Definitely recommend A
