Absolutely not as advertised in promotional materials. The place itself is an extremely dingy, ill-lit and ill-ventilated cave next to the sharks and rays outdoor area. It was very carelessly kept, with cleaning materials visible only feet from the food. The food was the most shocking part instead of a buffet, they had only warmers out, withsuper nondescript viands and veggies such as extremely bony adobo (I repeat, mostly bones), sayote, togi, and for dessert, sad looking gulaman squares with corn bits...It was offensive. I've seen more appetizing displays at jollijeeps. I had the kropek and left in a huff. The place is a sham and disgrace.
After hours of strolling around Manila Ocean Park's attractions, we stopped by Liquid to have lunch. It was included in the package we availed from Metrodeal. We were surprised that it's an open area with swimming pools but the ventilation is good to avoid flies from feasting our food. There are lots of tables and chairs for visitors to choose from. The line wasn't so long when we got here. There were few food selections kropek, fish fillet, pork, pansit, corn, carrots, peas, rice, buko pandan, and coffee jelly. The serving spoons were sticky to the point that there were sauces in the handles themselves. The food took too long to be refilled. The main courses were not heated and the desserts were not chilled which made us unmotivated to get more. Only water was provided for the drinks. The food taste like a common carinderia's menu. Buko pandan and coffee jelly are decent. Kropek is kropek. Liquid Lounge Buffet can be so much more. The price is cheap but they can make the food more appetizing and present it in a clean and pleasing way. The staff should pay more attention to the food's state so they can refill as soon as possible and be attentive to what the customers may need assistance with.

Good food, few choice, ambiente not really what they would expect. but I met my expectations because our lunch here was free with our mop Metrodeal passes. everything in all, very okay, especially if they are too exhausted and hungry from the tour.
