Subway Sandwiches Salads - Interlochen

The Subway in Interlochen should really consider closing down. Today marked our final disappointing visit. All the tables were dirty, as they always seem to be, despite us requesting cleaning each time we come. The floor and rug were very unkempt as well. Last week the soda machine was out of order, and today the ice machine wasn’t working. We've given this location numerous opportunities to improve, but we've finally reached our limit.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The staff member was incredible. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.

This is the worst Subway I've ever visited. There was only one employee working during lunchtime, and he was unfriendly and sluggish. It took me 25 minutes to get a single 6-inch sub, which was not even toasted properly. They added so many pickles and black olives that I could barely taste the meat. Additionally, I found it concerning that they were doing construction and remodeling while the restaurant was open. This raises serious food safety issues, and Subway should be ashamed for allowing this. Rating: 1/5.
