Great food great environment. One of the best Sunday buffets in traverse.

Arrived Sunday about 5:45 pm. Dining room was about 30% full. Our drinks arrived in a reasonable time, the appetizers came pretty much as expected and were really good, but then we waited over 70 minutes from the time we ordered until our food came! By the time I got up and searched for our server, the dining room filled up and many parties who arrived well after us were served before us. Our server admitted she was hiding out of the area we were in because we had waited so long!!! We won't be returning with service that lousy.

After recommending this restaurant to our friends, We Arrived at 5:15 ordered our food by 5:25. Still waiting 6:40 for our meals. People that came after us have already left. Very disappointed, will never come back. Food finally came after several inquiries to which the waitress kept saying it’s not my fault. at 6:45 we finally received our order.The burger and fries shown in the photo seem to be lacking a few fries. There wasn’t any cheese on the cheeseburger either. All in all it was a terrible experience. They ended up taking 25% off our bill. Our request to speak to the manager however was never met.

One of the best places to eat in the TC region. Never left dissatisfied. I tried the jambalaya, which is a new item on their menu. It was fantastic! Highly recommend.

The food was very flavorful and the presentation was appealing. Great to sit outside for dinner in the remarkable garden area. So many beautiful blooms and varieties. Our waitress was working her 2nd day and she was awesome, great energy and attitude.
