Piz Paz - Interlaken

We didn't even order. there was no one to welcome us in the empty restaurant so that we were very tired of crying children on a hot day. the waiter came and began to be very aggressive. he told us because I took the card, although I apologized and tried to be friendly and make me too funny that we have hunger and weep children. he then left us and began to scream the rod behind the bar dinge over us. we left. there are other ways to treat their customers, even if someone slows their rules. but apparently they don't need customers. Thank you.

Staff ignorant, One guy who served me smelled badly of body oder . Ordered Lasagne , was dog food , couldn’t eat it ,we left both dishes of it. Complained but was told he sells 15 a day !!! paid the full bill of 60chf...and walked out ,never to return . A shame really as the rest of the experience of the town was sublime.

Ich war mit meiner Familie in diesem Restaurant. Ich ass meine Pizza und dann stoss ich auf ein Stück Metal. Ich gab es dem Kellner und fragte was das ist?! Er nahm es an sich und gab es dem Restaurant Leiter und kam nicht mehr. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Wir kamen oft und dieses Mal das letzte Ma.

If I could give zero stars, that would be the time! my family and I decided to have our last meal there before our train. it was a hot day and one of us had an empty water bottle in our hand, as we could not find a waste. then the waiter came, and simply took the sign for eating and drinking and shook it on the table without saying anything. we have always said that we are sorry that we have been looking for one, but he has just hit it on the table and ran away! we understand how important it is to adhere to and respect the rules and regulations of various companies, especially in different countries. we accept that we could have been more cautious, but what was unacceptable as we were interacting with the server. we have been completely made to feel embarrassed and out of the house before we were given the opportunity to order or say something. because my father is diabetic, we had to stay and order because he was too tired to look for something else. the waiter then came to take our order, gave us no insight into what is good when he realized that for local customers. we also noted that other colour customers were not treated with much respect (that was, of course, an observation). there were local customers that we felt were obviously better treated. the food was average. we notice that the ravioli was really good, but the pizza was a great disappointment, as we felt that the basic was not fresh. my grilled chicken with sweetness was like ever bland. we would not recommend this place because of our terrible personal experience that we felt was very due to the settings of the server towards us.

We are students of the regina hotel school, we decided to have our dinner there and reserved for 6 people, at the end came an additional person and we were 7. waiter called us lügner that we first reserved for 5 then 6 and then...7 when we had a confirmation of 6 people. he was completely dismaying, after which he went to his associates to talk about it and complain. the payment was also a problem for them. I will never go there again and never recommend it. her money is not worth it, so be treated. they obviously don't want to work. By the way, they had more than half the restaurants empty. a wonderful place!
