Queen Poutine - Innisfil

I really hunted a poutine today and decided to try Queen Poutine for the first time. I had no objection that the 40 minutes were waiting when it was peak time (Friday 6:00) for the trip. I bought an order of poutine Supreme from them and was quite disappointed. Unfortunately, this is not a poutin. There was no engraving and no cheese cures. I thought I was wrong about what a poutin is, but no, according to online search, it's not a poutin if there are no cheese curds or gravy. It was basically just a pommes superior. When they called their Poutine Supreme, a poutine was really misleading and when you really longed poutins, and didn't get Gravy and Cheese Curds, it was disappointing. It still tastes good, only if you want REALLY Poutine and wait 40 minutes to find out there are no cheese curds or Gravy when you are home, it leaves a bad first impression. TLDR; If there is no engraving and no cheese curds, there is no poutin, so I felt betrayed by the Poutine Supreme as a poutine.

I've always enjoyed the food at this place, but the waiting times are absolutely ridiculous. It's really frustrating to wait 30 to 45 minutes for an order of Fritten and Gravy. I even attempted to place my order in advance, but upon arrival, I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes. On one occasion, I even tried to get it delivered, but that took over an hour!

The food is fantastic, but they really need to improve their estimated wait times for food. For instance, my wife and I often order poutines, and they always tell us it will take 10-15 minutes, yet we end up waiting 30 to 40 minutes. Today, we even called 30 minutes ahead of time, only to wait an additional 10 minutes once we arrived. If they could resolve this issue, this could easily become one of our favorite spots! Unfortunately, after trying to give them another chance through Uber Eats, we ended up waiting over an hour for our order. We live just down the street, so not only did we waste our time, but the Uber delivery driver also had to wait over an hour for the food to be ready.

Try the homemade Pogos!!! Best truck I've ever found on a Canadian tyre parking lot! For a food truck style place, the menu is absolutely wild with options!! The owner is a pleasure to treat only those who add about all the experiences. HIGHLY recommended you stop in this parking lot and try out some of the food, your mouth belly will not be disappointed!

It ain't healthy, but if there's one thing it is, it's absolutely delicious. If you have a craving for some of the most savory food your taste buds can experience, from the sauces to the herbs to the toppings, Queen Poutine makes some fantastic stuff. No complaints about what they do at all, everyone I know that's tried this place loves it. Me included, I just wish I wasn't on such a strict diet now and could eat here more LOL. Friendly staff too.
