KFC - Innisfail

There are cockroaches and trash on the floor, with peeling walls and an unpleasant air conditioner. It seems like this place has never been cleaned. Why is everything in Innisfail so filthy?!

After leaving the drive-thru, I pulled over down the road to have a drink of my water, only to realize that they did not give me my bottle of water. I went back and the young girl apologized and gave me my water. When I got back home to Mission Beach and was preparing to eat our meals purchased from KFC Innisfail, we discovered that we were missing our containers of potato and gravy, as well as our chips, which we had paid for. Despite making numerous phone calls and leaving messages, we have not received any response from them. This is not the first time this has happened to us. As a result, I have decided to leave this review. I wish I could give them a negative score. - Trevor Edwards, Mission Beach.

The restaurant was extremely dirty, especially the floors in the restroom. The hot and spicy dishes were not actually hot or spicy. We were disappointed as we were expecting a delicious meal, but the food was not even served hot, only warm. This is not ideal for our health. We gave the restaurant a second chance, but unfortunately, we will not be returning. The cleanliness of the restroom was also lacking, and it was clear that they need more experienced cleaners. We apologize for the negative review, but we must be honest about our experience.

We stopped by for a quick bite at this ‘fast food’ place when traveling through to see family....instantly regretting the decision. Menu items weren’t available nor was the food when we went to pick up our order. In a world of so many choices why did we make this mistake!?
