This is a lovely hotel with immaculate rooms and friendly staff. The food is fantastic, and the hotel truly caters to your individual needs. I highly recommend it!

Great gourmet food. Greta atmosphere. However, friendly in the bar side

The staff were incredibly accommodating, both before and during our stay. We couldn't check in during their designated hours because we were attending a wedding (the reason for our visit), but the staff were very helpful when I called to ask about this before making our reservation. Upon our arrival, the young man at the reception checked us in early, handed us our room key, and even offered to call a taxi to take us to the wedding venue, providing us with a couple of taxi numbers for our return trip afterwards. We enjoyed a relaxing drink while waiting for our taxi, and the bartender was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring an excellent bed that ensured we both had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was fresh, hearty, and delicious. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning the next time we’re in the area. Thank you again! Also, for visitors in the area: Although we didn't get a chance to visit during this trip, we recommend checking out Traquair House, Scotland's oldest inhabited house dating back to 1107. It offers a fascinating history of this remarkable home, and the beautiful grounds include a maze that you can explore.
