Hardee’s - Inman

Went to Hardee’s this afternoon, the young man that took my order was amazing I had never received such good customer service at a fast food restaurant before. However the thicker built woman with a shaved head and covered in tattoos should not be a manager. The way she was speaking to the two young men that we're actually working was unacceptable. I would not tolerate such behavior, when it started to get a little busy and things were getting mixed up she blamed them for everything that was happening which was not the young men's fault at all. Screaming and yelling is not how you fix things and especially in front of customers The GM of that store needs to take action to that now before they lose two good employees.

The food was delicious and well-prepared, earning a solid rating of 4. The service was also commendable; the staff was friendly and efficient, warranting another 4. Lastly, the atmosphere, while I didn't experience it in-house, seemed welcoming based on my interaction with the staff and the cozy vibe of the place. A great value for the price, which was very reasonable at $1–10 per person!

I really enjoy the Hardee's in Inman. I've been living here and eating there for years. Food: 4, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 3.

I attempted to call the restaurant twice, but the phone was unavailable. The staff informed me that the phone hasn't worked in years, which is quite inconvenient. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4.
