Bojangles - Inman

They were only little help, but not one of them was sick or bad mood! super nice! great to see that young people really work together!

We go to bo jangles quite often. It is hit or miss. Sometimes good, but sometimes bad. We never know, we have learned the hard way, to check our food before we leave the store.

So I went to Bojangles on Ashville Hwy in Inman SC to get an 8 Piece dinner, I usually buy my Fried Chicken at Food Lion, unfortunately they were out so I stopped at Bojangles, after I ordered and went to the window, the girl who took my money said we only have breasts it will be a 15 min. Wait I said that was fine and pulled into a spot to wait. 40 min. Later I went to the door to see where my food is and the same person who took my order saw me and came to the door, she said she was sorry and she had forgotten I was out there, after 10 more min. They brought my food, I told the girl who brought it I wanted to speak to the manager, when she came out, she said that she was standing next to the girl who took my order and the girl said 25 min, when I know she said 15, the manager lied!!!! Even if she had said 25 min (which she did not I was sitting there for a total of 50 min, before I got my food, No they were not busy!! At this point I was done!! I will never go to that Bojangles again for any reason! The worst service I have ever had!!!!

The employees tried but I'll never go back. Small portions and old fries. The tea was good but not for $11.00

The food was good, but if the lobby could open back up that would be nice, there was a mgr there this afternoon who seemed frustrated and her tone was flat out rude, probably because the drive thru was super busy.
