Donut Hole - Inlet Beach

Staff was very rude. Was my first time there and I felt very unwelcome. I left without even eating there.

I can say the food is good and service is impeccable. I have been there several times. What I am completely disappointed is with the waiting line to enter, on a covered porch that feels like an oven! Yesterday was insane. Just the door guy sitting people, his great personality and customer service skills, keep my family and I waiting patiently for our turn. It’s understandable customers have to wait to be accommodate but, get some ceiling fans installed on that waiting area for God’s sake!! It’s give your customers basic comfort. I invite the owner of that particular Donuts Hole (Inlet) to join the waiting line, just once, to understand that some little money invested on fans for customers comfort, is the right thing to do. Besides, there is an other patio with games (I never saw people there) with ceiling fans all over. We all on that line had the same feeling, I’m voicing it in case the decisions maker didn’t realize the situation.

Stopped for a key lime pie. Happy to try a great space for a FL favorite!

This is the best breakfast place I’ve ever been to. The portions are giant so come hungry or be ready to take some home!

Not sure why you need to wait in line to pick up donuts at the counter … there was no one at the register yet had to wait in the same line as those waiting to dine in
