So disappointing, booked for my Gran's birthday a table of 20, only to go there and find out that they didn't even reserve a table for us, they could could not even make a plan for us wanted to put us inside away from the play area where we would not be able to be close to the kids, then they wanted to put us right at the back on benches we had old people with us they would not manage on the benches and also it was cold and windy there, there were tables available but apparently all booked so they couldn't change anything, this was a fault of theirs but they refused to changes things around to accommodate us, we eventually left and went to Mozambique on linksfield where we had no booking at all and they made a plan for us and made sure we had a good time, so glad we left, it just shows you how different management can make a successful restaurant Mozambique clearly appreciate customers and go out of their way to make them happy. If you plan to book here tripple check your booking so that you are not disappointed as management a this place don't care if you as the customer are disappointed even when the fault is theirs. Poor service, waited long for our drinks, and starter. Waiter not trained properly. We had call every time for placement of order and food. Three hours later. Our mains arrived. Dry dry. We did not eat our main coarse meal. Paid only for our drinks and starters. You will not see us back. Poor Impression. Tables not set. Waiters needs training. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
