I absolutely loved the Rogni Naan; it's definitely worth trying, and the Karachi dish was good as well. However, I always order biryani at every Pakistani restaurant, and I can't recommend theirs. It looked like biryani and had a good amount of chicken, but it was completely lacking in flavor—no spices at all. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit, and I would recommend trying other items on the menu.
Alhamdulillah, this is the best halal food I've found in the LAX area so far. While food prices are generally high everywhere, their prices remain affordable. The goat biryani with potatoes was excellent, and the charga is truly the best in the world. The nihari and beef paya were also amazing. The service was great, and the atmosphere was very clean. And I can't forget to mention the rice pudding—it's incredibly tasty and reminds me of home!
The food did not meet our expectations. We ordered chicken Karahi, but instead received chicken jalfrezi with bell peppers. The goat Karahi was also disappointing, lacking well-prepared spices. We spent nearly $100 on our meal, yet they didn't even provide chutney or salad with our order. The person taking our order didn't clarify whether we wanted to dine in or take out. I suggest looking for a more reliable restaurant.
We had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. We arrived at 8:30 a.m., even though they close at 9, and they refused to assist us or take our order. One staff member initially told us they were open and welcoming, but another came over with a rude attitude, insisting we had to leave because they were about to close. We had traveled from Reno and were looking forward to trying this place, but we definitely won't be returning.
This place is a hidden gem! The tandoori chicken lunch special changed my life. I eat here as often as I can.
