Sonic Drive-in - Ingleside

Great service but DO NOT order any chicken sandwiches. Not expecting much but way worse than expected.

Didnt get the right size drink and forgot the nerds no sauce and couldn’t hear off the speaker

Avoid this restaurant if you dont want to get sick. I ate a footlong from here and not only was it wrong. It was hard like it had been cooked for several hours. After eating it because I was starving I got food poisoning. Please just do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.

I frequent sonic and have hardly ever had any complaints however, this location left the worst taste in my mouth possible ... the person taking my order was not listening to what i was saying and instead chose only to hear certain words and create my order for me, once i told them to stop they had a very rude attitude toward me when i was simply telling them to fix the mistake. this is very dissapointing coming from this location as I had high hopes because of the nice exterior, little did i know it was plagued by the hands of young workers who do not care to be curtious when working customer service, despicable.

Took forever to bring back our change at the drive thru (almost 5 minutes). We were given the wrong change (we were shorted and not offered a receipt) which I figured would happen. We were the only car in line, and I was ignored at the window when we tried to get our change corrected-until the line behind us grew and their orders were ready. Wasn't surprised. Would not recommend coming here, as the cashier seemed insincere while apologizing. Portland location is on point if you're in that area.
