Aji Sushi - Industry

Took my husband here for his bday dinner and to this day he says it's the best meal he's ever had. The presentation is phenomenal. Incredible sushi, fresh and interestingly combined with other ingredients you wouldn't usually find. Service was great, and atmosphere was unique and calming. It's exactly what you'd want for a personal meal that is prepared with craftsmanship and care. Will be coming back for sure.

Wagyu 5 is outstanding. All the courses are really good too. The restaurant is for reservation only. We made reservation through Tock. We had a great time and really enjoy the food. Thank you the chef and staff for a great experience.

It's a real hidden gem, quite famous now. I believe anyone once tried their food would be thrilled to have such an establishment on the East side. Chef Ryan presents the finest show case of omakase. The dish is excellent, and all the plates and dishes are in such details. Don't wait. Try it before the price goes up.
