Bad service didn?t get time to order my donuts luckly to get drink worker act like she don?t want to be there

I always think twice about coming to this store. i should?ve listened to myself! upon attempting to order a sandwich, the drive thru employee tells me no food is being served because ?we?re short staffed?. what a joke! seriously i?m done with this place!!

I am extremely disappointed with this particular Dunkin' location. I have always been a fan of Dunkin', having grown up in the northeast where there were many locations. So, I was thrilled when I heard that they were finally opening one here. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. The person working the drive-thru has a terrible attitude, which is very disappointing. I believe this will be my last visit to this Dunkin' location. I will stick with Starbucks, as I have never had a bad experience with them and their customer service is always excellent. Thank you, Starbucks, for consistently providing great service. If you are looking for good customer service, I recommend going to Starbucks.

I usually have a good experience at this Dunkin, but today was the worst. They blamed being short staffed for the slow service, but we go there three times a week and they have worked quickly even with fewer workers before. They messed up our order, taking twenty minutes to slice a bagel and putting a tiny amount of cream cheese on it. They forgot to give us knives and blamed the new employees. Overall, a disappointing experience and I won't be returning for a while. Also, we were not allowed to get breakfast sandwiches but they wouldn't explain why. Dunkin, you need to do better.

The donuts at this restaurant are delicious, as they are known for. The service is excellent. The only downside was that they were out of Buttermilk donuts, which are my favorite. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
