This might come across as harsh, but the reason this poor service bothers me so much is tied to the concept of tipping. It's baffling to me why places operate this way. When I see that they expect a tip, it makes me not want to dine there at all. In my entire life, I've never encountered a restaurant where I was asked to tip in advance and felt satisfied with the service, which I had initially expected to be good. This server seemed careless; he first tried to blame the cook for his own duties and then attempted to make up for it with an offer that I’m sure his boss does not allow. I am now convinced that any establishment that solicits tips will provide subpar customer service. It may seem trivial that he forgot my Ranch dressing, but the real issue is that he forgot it after I had already paid for the service. So, from now on, as soon as I see a place that asks for tips upfront, I will simply turn around and walk away.

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my mother, and I must say, the staff were incredibly friendly and helped us navigate the menu. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was absolutely delicious! I have no complaints about the dining experience or the service. However, the reason I’m giving this place four stars instead of five is that there was no toilet paper in the restroom, which I didn’t realize until I was already seated. I had to use the seat covers instead. I would understand if they were busy and didn’t have a chance to check the restrooms, but that wasn’t the case; the staff were just standing around while the only other customers—a family of four—had already finished their meal. Aside from that, I really enjoyed it. My mother and I both agreed that we would love to return soon!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've been here several times and have left without eating every single time. The chef didn't show up, they were out of my top two choices, or they weren't even open during their stated hours. They really need to adjust their business hours if they can't manage their operations properly. When the restaurant is open, they should be serving food as usual. I understand that supply issues can lead to some challenges, but the staff really need to get their act together. What a disappointment.

The burgers are delicious, sweet kartoffel fries are also delicious. That was my fourth time, every time I try something else, and every time I'm happy. I like in-and-out, but burgerim is much better. it tastes like made home. the place is very clean, beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff. I will go back there!

1st time here on a Saturday round lunch time with my family. Fast service, received our food in under 10mins. The burgers were great, specially the Angus Beef. The place was nice and clean including the restrooms. Chill music and Friendly staff!! Will definitely return.
