Wei Ramen - Indianapolis

I went to this restaurant last night with my boyfriend. We started with some gyoza, which were delicious and perfectly crispy. For my main dish, I had the tonkotsu ramen with chicken. The broth was rich and flavorful, and I absolutely loved the noodles!

Such a nice ramen place in IndianaMe and my friends came here on Labor Day, thanks god they open and offered such a great mealWe order Tonkatsu Ramen Yamisuki Ramen.I guess they are the same base, but Yamisuki Ramen is with black garlic oil flavors, which taste little salty and much stronger than Tonkatsu Ramen. But I have to admit, they are both really good!!! Even when I come from New York and there are lots of great restaurant in New York, this Ramen still surprised me.I also ordered the Curry Chicken Rice Don but the thicken is too chewy, the rice is too hard lack of water) so I don’t really like it.Overall this is a good place deserve to come and try.

This is a fantastic ramen spot in Downtown Indy. I really enjoyed the diverse flavors of the ramen and the variety of appetizers available. The bubbly sake was a real treat as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving ramen while in Downtown Indy.

Food was pretty good, but a little overpriced. They drinks were way overpriced, and some of us didn’t even get a refill. They apparently charge you a 20% service fee for groups of 5 or more. Which you don’t find out till you get your bill, it’s states no where on their website that they do this. They then expect you to tip them an additional 20%.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the ramen; it was delicious! We also ordered takoyaki as an appetizer, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was, especially considering my past experiences with subpar takoyaki. The service was fantastic and very courteous, with staff frequently checking if my friends and I needed anything. To top it all off, they had anime like One Piece and Shaman King playing on the TVs, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this place if you're craving ramen!
