The Lakehouse at Geist - Indianapolis

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this place.

I wish I had more positive things to say about the LakeHouse at Geist because the location is awesome and it has the potential to be a great place to go for

If your looking for a drink with a nice view then this is the place for you.

Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier.
