What a fantastic experience! We never felt hurried, and the service was exceptional. The atmosphere was delightful, making our day even more special!

During my visit to the Broad Ripple location, I noticed that some of the servers' uniforms were soiled and their appearance was a bit disheveled. My first experience at Cake Bake Shop was at the Carmel location, and it was a completely different atmosphere where everyone looked polished and professional. I believe the same standard should be maintained at the Broad Ripple location. However, I must mention that our server was excellent and very pleasant.

The lunch was enjoyable, but it felt pricey for the portion sizes offered. Charging $8 for a glass of chocolate milk seemed quite high. However, my daughter and niece, aged 8 and 7, absolutely loved it and declared it one of the best meals they've ever had. They've even talked about wanting to work at Cake Bake when they're older, especially thrilled by the edible glitter!

Great place the disappointment is there cakes are not freshly made and frozen in fact.

I have been to the Cake Bake in Carmel several times. This was my first visit to the one in Broad Ripple. It felt cramped and noisy. There was only one waitress for the entire section so we waited for over 10 minutes to even be greeted and get water. There were two employees helping to seat guests and get bakery orders plus a manager. The food is great as well as the desserts but the service didn’t seem up to their usual standard.
