Taco Bell - Indianapolis

Employees are frequently rude and do not care about their job. They get severely annoyed when anyone pulls in their drive thru. Store manager is horrible. Store manager was rude and argumentative and did not actually listen to what I had to say. His employees told me to call and speak with him and he yelled and cursed. He should not be store manager if you can’t even listen to someone. Food is subpar as per usual with modern fast food. Low expectation, however. Do not use this location.

Taco bell 38th st received wrong food went back for corrected order given cold nasty food will never go back to this 1 location. Thought I'd give this Taco Bell another try 1/23/2022 happens every time 4 burrito Supreme paid for extra Onions, I pointed out there was no onions. Told me they absolutely did, of course no extra onions I paid extra absolutely NONE at all. Disappointed going to Georgetown from now on.

The tacos were fresh, but this box said $6.49 I get to the window and she says $10.49.... the hell? she said it must be wrong, it must be changed....well u should be charged me what it said back there!

Eating is okay for taco bell. but I have returned because they can't make the online order for breakfast time. app should know their breakfast time. couple times their system was down could not get my order. it looks like it's not important to them.
