Taco Bell - Indianapolis

Lobby smelled lik dried up boots and my freezer tasted amd smelled like mold ... Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I won't visit this taco bell again. Each time I go the overall experience is worse. This last time they were out of several menu items so I settled for things I normally don't order. One of those items was the cinna twists which tasted like mold and cardboard. The crunchy taco shell was crushed into 4 or 5 pieces so I couldn't eat it with my hands, they didn't have any forks, spoons, napkins or sauces there was 7 people behind the counter working and everyone of them focused on fulfilling the drive through orders while the dine in customers who had to order at the kiosk waited a very long time to get their food. No ice in ice machine, drinks came out hot. No condiments napkins or anything else were sitting out. Also there were no cheesy chalupas when they JUST CAME OUT. ZERO STARS OUT OF ZERO IF I COULD. INSANE FOR THE PRICE PAID!!! DO BETTER TACO BELL. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED

The Taco Bell located at 10th and Shadeland in Indianapolis, Indiana has the worst customer service. They messed up my order multiple times! The staff member in charge was very unprofessional and made my experience even worse. I felt like my concerns were ignored, and I was treated poorly. I don't want to visit any other Taco Bell after this experience!
