Taco Bell - Indianapolis

My experience at this restaurant was probably the worst I've had on this site. It took them 10 minutes to take our order and they filled it several times. When we got to the window, two coworkers were arguing in the car behind us. One of them mentioned that she could hear the car behind me and moved her earpiece away to avoid taking the order. It took another 10 minutes to get our food, which was sitting right behind the cashier who didn't even notice it was there. By the time we got home, just a 5-minute drive away, the food was cold and solid in its packaging. I tried calling the restaurant, but got a busy signal. I don't know what's going on with the staff at this restaurant, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I have no desire to go back.

This restaurant has terrible service. I was at the drive-thru and had to place two separate orders. I ordered food for my family and wanted to also order something for my mother to take home as she is not able to go out much. I was told that they could not accommodate two orders and that I would have to place one order, drive off, and then come back for the second order. This is completely ridiculous! This is the only drive-thru fast food restaurant that has ever enforced such a policy. Needless to say, we will not be giving our business to this Taco Bell again.

This Taco Bell location is far superior to the others I have visited. I have been multiple times and they have never made a mistake with my order. The staff is friendly and authentic. The restaurant is clean and free of trash. Overall, it's the best.

Fast, friendly service. The food looked great and tasted good. The girls inside were so very sweet. A plus, they didn't forget my sauce!
