The customer service here is disappointing, and the place has an unpleasant odor. I strongly advise against dining here unless you have plenty of money to spare and don’t mind being overcharged. There’s no free refill on popcorn, and they itemize taxes on every item. Be cautious when reviewing your order and bill, as we were charged more than the prices listed on the menu. Additionally, there is a mandatory gratuity, so be prepared for that. An 18% service charge will automatically be added to your bill, and SMG will place a $15 pre-authorization charge on your credit or debit card at the time of your order.

Additionally, the movie we attended had numerous loud scenes, and the volume was cranked up to the point where we had to cover our ears. I've been to many theaters, and this was by far the loudest experience I've had. As if that weren't enough, the movie didn't even start until an hour after the scheduled time, which I hope is just an isolated incident.

Great theater, the plush leather recliners at other places are nice, but I genuinely prefer the more classic style of theater seating here. The wait staff is also very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone and will be returning.

The concept is great—enjoying food and drinks while watching a movie is a fantastic idea. However, my group only received half of our order, and it didn't arrive until we were well into the film. We were also overcharged and haven't received the refunds we were promised. It's been several days, and many members of my party are still seeing incorrect charges on their cards from this establishment. While the staff was courteous, the overall system definitely needs improvement.

Food never came. Bunch of young kids serving and messing up orders. Had to ask a server twice to bring me my food, never happened and just requested a refund. Also has a strong sewer smell in hallway, im guessing there may be plumbing issues. I recommend living room theater downtown. Much better service.
