Steak N Shake - Indianapolis

FABULOUS!!! ive ate at this steak n shake location specifically since i was a kid today i decided to treat myself for lunch and it was SO so worth it. my order wasnt even $15, and thats including the $5 tip i left for the staff next time i come back ill tip even better! (its very easy, the computer will give you percentages automatically. TIP YOUR STAFF!!! my order was ready quickly and of course tasted delicious. the staff were amazing, theyre always insanely fast and just as kind. they handle their lunch/dinner rushes with incredible professionalism and efficiency seriously, leave them a GOOD good tip, yall! drive thru orders are always pleasant, just like dining in. also... the inside is BRAND new. its gorgeous! the ordering process is definitely a change, but its very intuitive and the staff are happy to help if youre confused. THANKS STEAK N SHAKE STAFF!!! cannot understate how great my experience was : absolutely recommend for a nice affordable bite to eat!!

Their double steak cheese burger is extremely delicious On the other hand, their milkshake is good.

Haven’t been able to get Steak n Shake in years due to the one near us closing. We were craving it and weren’t disappointed. The food was great, and the staff was very friendly. Several employees checked in on us multiple times and were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be stopping in the next time we’re in town!

Staff always very efficient, food always hot, happy they actually have dine in.

Use to be a great place. Now there are no waiters. Only a screwy kios. We don't go there much anymore
