Starbucks - Indianapolis

This is my second day coming and something was not right I came to 5/3/2022 my drink was grounded I gave the advantage of the doubt and ordered my venti icey matcha with soy and come here and was said there was no match, but I was loud on ordering on the app I also did not get my full refund either

I don’t know what’s up with them but the service has gone so down hill. Employees are somewhat rude and blatantly lie when they get the order wrong. Drinks are almost never made correctly.

Christian was amazing. Very kind and customer service was a 10/10. I had multiple drinks with tons of customizations and he worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. He had the best attitude that brightened my morning.

Best starbucks i have gone, really nice people coffes teas and all they prepare full of flavor???

This Starbucks has a friendly staff and is fairly fast for its long lines wrapped around the building. My go to is the nitro cold brew. I also enjoy drinking their green tea.
