Starbucks - Indianapolis

Jessica is fantastic! I had a hard time deciding what I wanted, so I told her I was in the mood for a sweet cold brew. She recommended her favorite, and it sounded delicious! She even offered me a free taste. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, truly brightening my day. I love Starbucks, but this particular location is by far the best. The service is consistently excellent!

This review is for the time frame of 6:00 to 6:30 AM. The service is extremely fast, and they haven't made a mistake with my latte in quite some time. The staff is fantastic. As long as there isn't a car ahead of me ordering a ton of items, I can get in and out in under three minutes.

The barista at the window engaged in a lengthy conversation with the car ahead of me for over five minutes while I waited for my order. Frustrated, I eventually decided to park and go inside to pick it up myself. This is just absurd. Such conversations should be saved for personal time.

The only reason I come here is activate that morning poo. The nitro cold brew flows through me like MiraLax. Rolled through this morning, order a couple beverages, my thirsty fiancé wanted a water with strawberries, easy enough. $4 FOR TAP WATER WITH DEHYDRATED STRAWBERRY PIECES. I don?t want to blame anyone, but yo, I could get a pound of strawberries from Kroger, a dehydrator, take a cooking class, and still be cheaper. 2 stars because I?m writing this in the bathroom, the coffee did it?s job.

Very Rude staff, coffee cup filled with foam, upon asking, that tall guy wearing cap , long beard spilled the drink into the trash. Waited again long time, never gonna visit here again.
