Until the owner rectifies my bill, my review will reflect likewise. Owner promised a refund (I was double-billed) and nearly one month later, I still have not been reimbursed. At this point, reach into your cash drawer, pull out $60 and give me my moneyback. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? THE DELAY?
Been there several times now. Love this place for good food, generous portions and very reasonable prices. You can just feel the pride they have in the restaurant that they keep to high standards.
So the food is pretty good. Breakfast served all day and prices are comparable to post-pandemic times. Service is top notch and the speed at which these cooks put out the food is nothing short of phenomenal. And I would swear their desserts are all bakeddaily. But, beware of their auto-gratuity on orders $50 or more regardless of party size. We were not notified of this and hadto ask about it at the register. I still do not know how much my tip amount was but I figured it to be around 21%. Ifauto-gratuity doesn't bother you, then visit here! But just be warned ahead of time so you don't receive a shock like I did.Sero's, if you read this, PLEASE, for the love of God, POST this policy on your door, add it to every menu, have every waiterand waitress mention it to each patron, and post it on your plexiglass divider at the register. It is policy like this thatleaves a bad taste in customer's mouths if they are sticker-shocked and not made aware of what they are paying for, especiallywhen a patron may have left more if it had been up to them.
5 star experience. Will be back. Dinner meals were amazing. Piping hot, delicious and very generous portions. Melissa the waitress was top knotch in the service department. Desserts were also delicious .
