I parked to check my order and noticed that while the receipt was correct, I received three bacon cheddar ranch fries instead of the one I ordered, which was supposed to have ranch. I got out of my car and approached the window to politely inform them of the mistake. I was met with apologies but also dirty looks while I waited. Additionally, I noticed that the girl preparing the food wasn’t wearing gloves or a hairnet. After a moment, I received my corrected order, but as I walked away, I overheard one of the boys making an inappropriate comment and slamming the door. My experience at this establishment was very disappointing, and I am unsure why the service remains poor. There were only three employees working, and a manager was nowhere to be found. I even saw someone outside smoking for a considerable amount of time without addressing the situation. No one deserves to be treated poorly at a place like Rally's, and I suggest they consider hiring better staff since this isn’t the first time I’ve felt stared down as if I were in the wrong.
The restaurant poses serious health risks and should be reported to the health department. The staff lacks proper customer service skills, which reflects poorly on management’s commitment to customer care. The employees appear disengaged, giving off a negative atmosphere. The quality of the food is extremely poor, and orders are consistently incorrect – this issue stems from inadequate training provided by management. In short, management, including the district manager, needs to be held accountable or replaced with someone who will genuinely care for the business as if it were their own.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were rude, inconsiderate, and unfriendly. I stood at the window for over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence, while four cars in the drive-thru were being attended to. Eventually, I walked away and four other customers left with me. I was ready to place a large order, but I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere and will continue to do so. I recommend steering clear of this place and opting for Arby’s instead, where the service is better and the environment is cleaner.
Horrible service. I have been in this area for 6 years now and I finally said I'm going to write a review. I am currently without my car and had to use Doordash. My order was cold and I am posting the picture of the big Burford I received. Mind youthe only thing I did not want on it was ketchup and I added bacon. I will never go/order from here ever again. I'd starve. O andto top it off the order was $35 and they were trying to only give me back $8. I have a 3yr old and a 13yr that I ordered forbesides myself.
The girl at the drive-thru started taking our order but then began chatting with the staff at the window. When we asked if they were still serving ice cream, another woman on the headset mentioned she was talking to someone else but confirmed they still had ice cream. After that, when we asked another question, the lady at the drive-thru leaned out the window to speak to the car in front of us. She then turned back to us, laughed, and made negative comments while still wearing her headset. This escalated into a verbal confrontation, and we ended up leaving. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had! I won't be returning to this location again!
