Qdoba Mexican Grill - Indianapolis

Another customer arrived, and he wasn't acknowledged either. We waited for a long time, but eventually, we gave up and left. Just as we were walking out, they finally acknowledged the customer behind us and started attending to him. It left us wondering what we had done to deserve such treatment. If they didn't want us dining there, they should have just said so instead of wasting our time. I had never eaten at this restaurant before, and after this experience, I can assure you I never will again.

I truly can't express how incredible this location is. A few years ago, I wouldn't have even considered visiting here. However, since Jared took over management, the service has been consistently outstanding. The team, from the line workers to the cashier and cook, is exceptional. Jared is always present, assisting and greeting customers in line. Without a doubt, this is the best Qdoba location, and they deserve all the recognition for their hard work. Considering this is such a high-traffic area, consistently exceeding expectations on every visit is a significant achievement. Kudos to Jared and his entire staff!

Had a pickup order. Came in and wasn?t ready. Told the lady the name she said it?s coming. Line was not long three people in line and cashier printed out orders and started filling them three orders later she filled and they are just sitting there oncounter I still didn?t get mine. So now she made orders for people who isn?t there instead of mine as I been standing there. Icanceled the order 20 minutes later. If I could give a 0 I would.

Will never order from here again. Messed the first order up, did not inform me they did not have shrimp. Did not send the queso cheese the first time. Second time remaking it they still did not add the rice or fajita peppers. It looks like a bowl of runnylettuce.

I really enjoy Qdoba, but today's experience was one of the worst I've ever had. I ordered a mini and turned it into a meal (which I usually love), but unfortunately, none of the hot items were actually hot. Within just five minutes of starting to eat, my food had already gone cold. To make matters worse, my chips were cold and stale. I could have gone to Taco Bell if I wanted food that was below average. Please do better!
