The crepe was wonderfully savory; I'm not particularly fond of sweet dishes. I do wish there was an option to add some greens, but it was still a tasty, slightly spicy meal featuring smoky goose chorizo, chipotle sauce, and rich, gooey cheddar. The juice, made from apple, carrot, cucumber, beet, celery, and ginger, leans more towards the vegetable side (which makes sense, given the ratios), but it's still very flavorful. Its texture is clear and thin, yet the taste is robust. It might not be my absolute favorite, but it certainly won’t stop me from returning. Honestly, it's the best vegetable juice I’ve ever had. The flavor is authentic and doesn’t require a lot of fruit or, heaven forbid, sugar to make it enjoyable. I didn’t try the coffee this time, but I noticed they serve Intelligentsia—an excellent brand—and offer soy and almond milk alternatives to standard creamers. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! By the way, they are currently hiring as of June 24th.

They offer the best frozen yogurt compared to any other yogurt place out there! The prices are reasonable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. If you're in the mood for a latte, cappuccino, or macchiato, Pearings is far superior in quality and flavor to anything from Starbucks. I highly recommend Pearings and will keep recommending it to everyone!

This restaurant offers a contemporary twist on the classic coffee house experience. The coffee is exceptional; while I might not fully grasp the brewing methods, the results speak for themselves. The atmosphere is vibrant, with friendly people and awesome music playing (they’re currently featuring the Avett Brothers). Overall, it’s a fantastic place with truly remarkable coffee.

The best crepes downtown on the fly. I had the smoking goose meat one with some sea salt Carmel froyo after.
