Panera Bread - Indianapolis

It was just okay. I picked up my order, but I had to push the pick-up time back by 30 minutes. I called to confirm, and the guy assured me they would wait, but they didn’t, and the food ended up being cold. It still tasted good, though, just not as enjoyable being cold.

I've since stopped using the online ordering system and have just accepted that I'll have to wait longer to get my cup, which I often find is lacking because they tend to run out of the different coffee options. I really wish this location had a more attentive staff that focused on the details and showed more interest in providing good customer service. It would make a significant difference if they could place a single cup on the pickup shelf for online orders, even during busy times, and ensure that the coffee carafes are kept full. It’s frustrating to stand in line and hear the employees complain about catering orders while neglecting those who are actually in line to order. The only reason I continue to visit this café despite its shortcomings is that the prices are unbeatable, and there really isn't a comparable alternative in the area.

The food was, as always, really delicious. However, I found the prices to be a bit steep this time. There’s a sign on the wall advertising a duet for $5.99, featuring a smokehouse chicken sandwich and tomato soup. I ordered the “pick two” option, choosing the Huh noodle and the spicy take sandwich, but somehow my total came to $15.99.

I was sent a text saying that my order was ready to interfere. I go up and someone laughs and just said a minute. I go back to my seat and the guy who is supposed to repair my food talks about filming with the personal. I'm going back to the counter, and nobody's here for a few minutes. they obviously say that orders are early ready to trick the Panera system. another employee slept with the head on the table. really sad what has happened in the city lately.

It was OK. Out of coffee. Food got cold will waiting for coffee. But it's like anywhere. Over worked and understaffed. The manager did offer to make it right. Kudos to the manager. She was prompt and onto of if.
