Nevermore Union Station - Indianapolis

Had a reservation at 8, arrived 10 minutes early and was said we would not get a table for 20 minutes so we stayed. looked at 8:20, server came and told us that there was a 40 minute waiting for eating, we said that this was good and ordered immediately (from a limited menu, not the ones they post online, so that was disappointing.) they brought our drinks and appetizers and filled our drinks twice and then over a order of cheese cakes on the whole table we had to go with a bottle. around 9:50 someone came and told us we had underage at the table and had to go around 10, but we were not served our dinner yet so we decided it was not worth waiting, so we went to pay the bartender for our drinks and he recommended we just go after our experience. the two tables around us remained without eating because of the waiting. they cannot treat parties and regular service at the same time and need better administration and possibly chefs. would not recommend.

I was so excited to try this place and was so incredibly disappointed. the service was terrible to be greeted by the hostess, which does not recognize us for about 6 minutes, eating came to our table cold, the drinks we ordered were watery, and the server was confused how to address the problems we brought to her. the worst thing is that we were the only customers in the whole cash. the server went around in a circle, laugh and do nothing.

Our experience did not meet our expectations. There is a significant gap between the decor of the bar and the lobby. Additionally, the focus seems to be on the bar area rather than the overall ambiance.

Pre month reservations made. there and said the reservations were not valid because the old manager was gone. they decided to continue and honour after a discussion. but there was not enough personal, so we had only 1 waitress and she was very overwhelmed (but was a big rockstar.) we were pushed back in this room that ignited 90s jam. it wasn't what we wanted for our Christmas party. eating was not good.

We decided to check out the restaurant because of the Colts game, but ended up leaving. There wasn't a clear dining area, and there was no host or hostess to greet us. When the bartender finally acknowledged us, they seemed a bit out of it. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
