Liter House Banquet Hall - Indianapolis

Large beer, large private room to entertain and fantastic service!

We recently had our family meeting dinner here. We were very satisfied with the entire experience. Drew was very helpful in planning the event and he and his employees were very attentive during the meal. The food, beer and drinks were delicious and the waiters and bartenders were friendly and very helpful. The event room was perfect for our large group, the ages from 90 to 8 months. The younger children had fun in the open areas, while the adult family members visited the tables. We recommend The Liter House for your next banquet meeting!

The service was okay.. the food was pretty good. The hot bags are beautiful and fluffy. The greens were in place. We had to reheat our queen three times, even though Lol. The atmosphere is pretty cool.

As soon as you step out of your car and the smell from the smokers hit you, your mouth starts to water. The food here did not disappoint. I had the brisket and ribs and both was awesome. There was no sauce needed for either. The Mac and 4 cheese was very good as well. The potato salad was a little different but good. It was no where close to my moms, but no one can compete with mom ?. It had a bit of horseradish and the red potatoes made for a nice change. The atmosphere here is very lively with lots of TVs for watching sports. They have a very nice outdoor seating area with a firepit. They are right on the Monon trail so you could stop in while out riding or walking the trail. I can?t forget about they wait staff which are all friendly, and very helpful.

The atmopshere here is nice and it is spacious and open. The service was very attentive and got my daughter 2 different beer samples and talked about the beers knowledgeably. The brewery is Big Lug as I inderstand. My Duke beer was very good. The food was very tasty. The schnitzel was perfectly cooked and the spaetzle was good when plain. I had the Jaeger schnitzel and while good I dont think is authentic and is a bit more 'reinvented ' version so I was bit disappointed. I 'll come back but get the Liter Schnitzel with red cabbage instead. Also it would be great if they had Bratkartoffel on the menu.
