I run to the bank which was right around the corner found out why it wasgetting declined so I got cash out and went back to KFC. You would think the manager would of appreciated that so I gave themwrong order back and reorder what I wanted and they still got it wrong. Apparently she can't read and wanted to have anattitude.
Not open on the inside. No signs to let people know. Always out of what they advertise. Didn 't even offer anything to compensate for their lack of product. They also do not know how to count. Ordered a 12 piece family meal and got a 10 piece. Weactually heard her asked while taking our order if they had enough to fill the order and they said they had 16. We orderedtenders and when I asked for sauces her exact words were "WHAT.... WHAT DO YOU WANT! SO RUDE...... When I called they answeredand hung up!

The food its overfried fully cooked but dried, the lady attending the counter was not kindly, I did cath quickly my order she only put on the counter without review and the food was going turning down side. May be its the last time coming this location. I paid for my food she needs be more kind, the place to dine in not clean. I understand if she was having a not good day but it's not my problem.
Kellie was horribly rude in the drivethru when was trying to explain that my grandmother did not receive the correct change back on our order. The total was $24.05 all together. My grandmother handed the cashier $30 and a nickel, which is $30.05. The correct change my grandmother should have received was $6 back. She received $5.95. Although she was only missing a nickel, she still decided to say something. The man in the window working cashier got Kellie. She took the $5 and 95 cents in change back from my grandmother. After 5 minutes, she handed her back a $1 and said have a nice night. I was not having it at that point. I spoke up and said, well where is the other $5 then? And Kellie proceeded to say, Um I gave it to you. And slammed the window in my grandmothers face.We waited about 15 minutes. I even called the store and was hung up on by Kellie. Kellie and another girl working threatened to call the cops and exclaimed, have fun waiting all night! The man in the window came back while my grandma was still trying to get Kellie 's attention to receive her correct change. He apologized and said there isn 't anything that he can do and that they are his managers. My grandma replied, well whatever happened to my $5 in change, I hope you get to keep it. And we drove off.Those two women in the drivethru tonight disgusted me. This location should be evaluated as well, Kellie 's Mr. Fog vape lanyard was swinging everywhere...proudly displayed on her neck while serving customers in the drivethru.
