Five Guys - Indianapolis

It was a typical experience at Five Guys. Nothing extraordinary stood out. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the bacon shake was an unexpectedly delightful surprise.

Overall, the wait time was a bit longer than usual, but our food was fresh and accurate! However, the cashier who took our order tonight was quite snobby and seemed unhappy. She was indifferent and barely responded when we spoke to her. It was clear from her body language that she doesn't enjoy her job. She should not be representing the service at this location! When customers walk into a service area, they should be greeted with a smile and efficient service. Her performance in customer service was lacking and definitely needs to be addressed.

The food was excellent, but the service was incredibly slow and seemed more focused on personal interactions than on customer service.

This place gave me food poisoning. has made an online order to show up and they have not even begun to make it. waited for -20 minutes, just to find out that they did it wrong. after eating I spent the better part of the evening with him from both ends, I will not return to this place. down!

Beat the place for a juicy cheeseburger, hot crispy pommes and an oreo shake. the service was fast and the food came fresh.
