My manager ducked under the counter to take a hit of his vape. Also I was fired without being told. Was only told that I haven 't been on the schedule ...2 years ago. Was not trained properly either, the manager kept telling me she 'd train me but barely made an effort to. Backroom area looked unsanitary and messy. The food was cold. It was supposed to be a meat ball sub. Then the girl behind the counter wanted to start with attitude, because she did not know how to do a refund. I love FH subs! This location took a long time to prep our subs but they also had tons of pick-up orders coming in so I think they are just short staffed for rush. They sandwiches were delicious. They have a free-style soda machine and the FH Cherry Limeade (sparkling and non) are great. It’s hard to find FH sub locations so I’m glad this one is here. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The reviews are spot on. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. The parking lot was littered with trash, and the floor inside was dirty even at 10:45 am, despite the absence of any customers. When I walked in, the employee didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence. I approached the counter to place my order, but instead of a friendly "What can I get you?" or "How can I help?", he just stared blankly until I asked if he was ready to take my order. He seemed annoyed by my question and replied, "Waiting on you." The second employee who was preparing my food was equally rude. Overall, this place is awful.
