My entire order made .y drinks with too much ice in demand for ice to give away to me again drink with it not full excuse less ice cream means less product here never eat again

Not the best location but also no the worst! Most of your drinks will be too light like excessive creamer and less coffee. But on a good day they’ll have your lattes spot on! And once an employee actually covered my difference I bout cried! If he hadn’t it would be a 3 star get them lattes together please

I ordered an ice coffee 4 creamers the only gave me 1 pump and i asked for extra caramel they charged me like 30 cents a pump and cold foam 50 cents the foam melted in 2 seconds had to throw the coffee away .

I've become a once a week Dunkin regular so came here. I like the dark roast coffee and she likes an iced coffee. They did not have the donut I love so I got a jelly donut, which was, well, a jelly donut LOL. Service was good, although likely new employees as had to ask someone else about the app. One issue with Dunkin is they try to tempt me with items I don't want so I stick to what I like and get less from the app. This store was clean with ample seating. Sorry to see some others have not had good experiences. 4 stars due to lack of the donut I really love (sourdough)
