I usually check reviews before I order from any restaurant. I’m don’t know if I’m more upset about the service or at myself for not looking at the reviews! It took them what appears to be a hour to start preparing my order. When I placed the order it stated the order should be delivered within 70-80 minutes; I felt that was excessive but I was busy working!After about 45 minutes I checked the tracker and it was still on prep. Absolutely ridiculous. So at this point I call to just cancel my order because I figured it would be the best option instead of call my bank about the transaction I no longer wanted. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a answer at the store. I’ve been on hold for over 26 minutes so good thing I wasn’t trying to older- insert my eye roll here. I’ve given up on talking to anybody. My order is finally on its way at 6:15 for what should be a less than 10 minute drive. Fingers crossed!Considering it’s now 6:26 all hope is lost on this entire experience! I cannot think of one thing that went well. With all the reviews I looked at while waiting, I guess I will be lucky if my order is accurate. Just when I thought this experience was over I get a message that my order was delivered definitely wasn’t.By the time I make it to dominos while On hold again with the store, the driver calls!Worst experience ever

Always slow and even when you order curbside delivery they will preparing pizza after you arrive to the location. We can to personally ask for our order as online orders are never prepared on time.

My advice is to never order delivery from this Domino's location. You will be waiting close to 3 hours for your order or it may not arrive at all. Forget about calling the store. They won't answer and if they do answer you will be greeted by a bunch unprofessional workers laughing and joking all over the phone. Not to mention when you finally do get your order it will be cold and not what you ordered. I do not eat pork and they gave me a pizza with sausage and pepperoni when I never ordered it.

They didn't tell me that google connected me to a city business that I gave address, and zip they ordered, they said they wanted to call me back, but I never heard a ring, then I see their order was canceled that I could never order from one in the city business because it always said that their order is canceled. thanks to jacks for not an out towner starve
