Chick-fil-a - Indianapolis

Chick-fil-A is usually recognized for its fast drive-thru service, but this location is the worst! I've tried ordering different meals a few times, and each time the wait has been frustratingly long. Recently, I had to wait nearly half an hour just for breakfast! I won't be returning—it's just not worth it.

While none of my previous delivery orders have been incorrect, which is quite impressive in itself, I can't help but feel that there's something off here. The only conclusion I can draw is that my orders are being deliberately sabotaged. I appreciate their commitment to public health, but it’s an American right to enjoy the abundance of delicious, indulgent food. Restricting this right is shameful and likely unlawful. Interestingly, studies have shown that a full serving of fries has been linked to quicker recovery from the Omicron variant. I urge you to fulfill your patriotic duty (and make Truett Cathy proud) by generously filling the fry boxes. As of my last few orders, the portion sizes are still disappointingly meager. Just take a look at this so-called medium size!

If I could give zero stars, I would. How do you manage to burn cookies so badly that they crumble when you try to add sauce? I couldn't even scrape off the burnt bits because the cookie fell apart completely. There was barely any cheese, and what little was there was like sawdust. The sausage resembled a solid hockey puck. It’s disappointing, especially when both people in the car agree on their preferred sauce... you’d think they’d give you more of it, right? But no, we received just one, and it was overripe and had a foul smell that permeated the bag. The hash browns were so undercooked they resembled small marbles instead of being crispy and satisfying. Overall, the only good thing about this experience was Dr. Pfeffer. That stuff is pure gold.

Got a cold brew. Tasted stale, and burnt. Wanted to return for refund. Bad product. Cashier insisted it was just strong and better with syrup or cream. I like strong coffee. This was awful and over priced.

It was my first time visiting that Chik-fil-A-. Everything was fine til it came Tim to get my food. The guys outside the window just look at me. I didn't know the procedure and didn't know what to do. I drove around thinking there must be another window to go to. They did nothing but looked at me and smiled. I ended up coming back asking where was my food. They asked my name and then gave me my food. I was so frustrated, the guys could have told me I was to wait, they said nothing. The food was good.
