Burger King - Indianapolis

I love to go to burger king because they have my favorites that I love to get two for six or two for 10

Most of the time the app works super with the team. but tonight they had the Burger King 37 ¢ birthday speciality on the app. my cashier said that I had the advantage of the special when the app is timed and I didn't....dang she just steal the cashier my sandwich because it's a code we can use and use? it was a Spanish lady. sena my code number was 4094. I wonder if she used it? I never have that sandwich for my child.

I ordered a hurensandwich with everything. After 10 minutes in the snake, I came to the window. the hired asked if I had the hepper with whom I said I had the hepper with everything on it. she asked once again if I had the heel with me and I said the heel with everything about it. she laughed and closed the window and said that was the same. I never asked for a good deal and my sandwich had no tomato in it. it was also cold, and the brot was old.

Tonight I had the worse experience in my whole life. I came and got two meals. for my man and I. my eating was awfully cold. I called the restaurant to let the manager know that I sat close by eating my food and how cold it was. she said no problem brings it back. After the cashier and she opened that sandwich, she started saying that you ate some of it. I said yes, I explained that to you. She said if it was so cold, why did you eat it. she told me to move into the next window and next time not eat the food ima replace it this time. very nastily, she was rude aggressiv and made me embarrassed for the return of my cold food. I suffer from a lung problem and wanted to eat only something and what I got in the opposite was the worst eating and the worst customer service of my life. burger king is better. I will never be here again

The young employee at this restaurant was extremely disrespectful. Instead of focusing on their job, they asked me unnecessary questions. They also made errors with my order and gave me the wrong items. Additionally, they attempted to charge me for a sandwich that had already been paid for. This behavior is unacceptable and I will be contacting the manager in the morning to address these issues.
