Arby's - Indianapolis

Note on door says use other door go the the other door and employee is motioning at us to use drive-through only. We waited for the business to be open because we wanted to come in and eat because we have a 1 year old and she doesn't like eating in the car. Wasted our time for almost 30 mins because their is no sign says that it is drive thru only.

Ordered 2, 2 for 6$ the chicken sandwich and the roast beef, only got one but paid for both (separate not the same so 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 roast beef but only got one of each but paid for both) not happy about it. Also very poor customer service

Very good experience, the young man waiting for me, I think his name was brian. he was very polite, does not often find it in young people more

These are the worst arbys ever! they are super rude and the man, the manager is also very rude. they seriously placed 2 thin slices of roast beef on the $5 regular roast beef and everything is cold. only terrible

Liberty was so sweet and had excellent customer service. the first time I heard about a worker here thank you.
